also it was a shame the zen pool had so many kids it would have been better as the adults area

it is equipped with a proper gym not just a token gesture, there is personal trainers, spinning classes and well equipped

room, very small bathroom, not great level of cleaning, no parking, no wifi, no air com, bathroom door frame was coming off, do not recommend and will not come back

the gym staff are friendly, the facilities are excellent

this hotel food was amazing the spa was lovely and staff were very very helpful

outdoor pool was cold, had to pay extra to use the indoor pool and gym even when all inclusive

the location was very good, the water park, zoo and theme park just a few minutes drive away

the only poor service was the bad wifi signal.

the spa was the highlight!

went with our 10 year old son, there were lots of activities to keep him entertained , such as a kids club, games room, play area and mini-golf, but it still retained the feeling of a hotel for

resort, right next to 2 very good golf courses

they loved the water park, which wasn t overcrowded, slides for all ages and there are plenty of sun loungers

the door going straight into the zoo was brilliant and we needed 4 days to see everything, the water park was 10 min walk from entrance of zoo and was great fun

amazing value too as our inclusive deal allowed unlimited access to water park and animal park

we loved the animal and the water park

of towels, comfy beds, the fridge was stocked with complimentary drinks and was refilled with water each day

it was not made clear to us that the food & drink in the water park upstairs restaurant was free but found out for ourselves in the end same with the rental

the location is good- we visited the water park and natura animal park which were great

staff at the pool were very nice, they helped my little girl with autism.

one of the lifeguards are on the slides was brilliant with the kids

check out is at 10am and the open the pool at 10am, very uncomfortable
