and very close to all the things you want to see: colonial williamsburg, busch gardens and the water park

area is very nice, there is a shuttle from the airport, water park, busch gardens and it is all free, provided by the resort

luxurious grounds, very clean, excellent customer service, shuttles to bush gardens, water park, colonial williamsburg, and around the resort

website and handouts from the resort state all pools are open until 9, but our favorite pool with the lazy river closed at 8 every night we stayed

the pool & adjacent water park for kids was best feature of the resort;

would be that the bigger kids and pre teens mostly took over the toddler play area within the water park making it hard for my 20 month old to play without getting pushed around or trampled
