was good, room 15 was great, older kids riding scooters round car park and beer garden not good, children in normal bar area not good,

lovely and clean, staff were really nice with the kids and rooms were comfy. breakfast was great

we had free parking all weekend, which was brilliant

any issues immediately, near to a sainsbury s so we could pickup bits we needed, very quiet and parking permit worked well, never had an issue finding a space

no parking in the property car park but they do supply permits for the surrounding streets.

with it being an old building no lift so a lot of stairs to climb with kids

staff who couldn't do enough for the kids

just room was very hot with 2 adults and 2 kids , window opened about 6 inches

was perfect stayed in family room kids loved it

jem of a hotel a great location and friendly staff and a the bar that was good prices and very clean we would stay

the bar has games and a good selection of drinks, which was just what we needed after a busy day

good plenty of choice i paid extra so it was included all food was nice and hot and choice of bar meal even comes with choice of mash or chips and they are all 9

i paid 5 for a parking permit that let me park outside for 2 days although there is free parking around the back

car parking out the front for 5 or a free car park around the back

the location was a short walk from the spa venue where i attended events

breakfast was lovely. staff really helpful and friendly. great having free wifi.
