breakfast was missing waffle batter, and no spoons silverware , for eating cereal with milk.

didn't serve breakfast until 7am

great to be across the street from water park & river trail

adequate for the price, nice location near park, water park and many places to eat

customer service and clean rooms and parking lots was plowed while we were there

& facility were very clean , quiet , good parking & location beside a major road close to shopping & restaurants

great staff, comfy room, close parking
