to pay for lounge chairs at the pool, bar staff in the lobby bar was rude and overcharged me, room service was charged to my room for a few hundred dollars, but i was downstairs in the bar

for christmas, the staff was super nice, from the front desk, to the cleaning staff, to the breakfast area staff, they make you feel like a valued guest, always willing to help with a smile

the flatbread for breakfast was amazing as well
