of wifi connection my first night and morning caused me severe inconvenience as an international

pool was not heated, hot tub closed down, would of been nice to know that before booking as the kids wanted to swim and we adults wanted the hot tub

also, the handles on the kitchen sink and the knobs of the stove

didn’t like the fact that i paid for a room that was suppose to have a spa tub, but when i get there they said my room won’t have that

pool looked like it could be cleaner, especially the bottom of the pool

reasonably priced and right across from the water park.

there is even a running/hiking trail and a water park next door

i liked the location , the gym, the bed and the overall comfort

staff make it a staycation and i like the laundry on site

didn’t like that the property offered change for the laundry machines in their welcome brochure in rooms but didn’t keep their change well stocked
