the closed pool and needs updated alot

the hot tub was nice and pool view.

guy did try to get the pool open but i'll never really understand why you wouldn't have it ready by a friday night in may

the location was great. i was so excited about this stay and the spa tub.

i left before breakfast was served. the room was clean and the staff very helpful and friendly.

the history of hale hotel by staying there, and it was pretty amazing to have our own private spa bath plumbed straight into the natural hot springs for our very own private mineral bath

the breakfast and location were great.

on the same block as all the bathhouses making it so easy and convenient to have a comfortable spa vacation

we had a shopping day and got a spa

very convenient , reasonable pet fee and staff was amazing

very welcoming and knowledgeable of the area for sightseeing, rooms are very clean and tidy , breakfast available really good

the pool was also spotless and very well maintained, making it a great spot to relax

only thing is the breakfast options, but i knew from reviews that they were limited, so not a complaint, just my
