incredible property, rooms, pool and beach all fantastic

the tropical location, the amenities, the food, the plunge pool in our room, the beach, the architecture, and most of all the staff, everyone was was friendly

lastly, the beautiful pools and spas close at 6pm, and thats just such a shame, as they look so incredibly beautiful at

spa facilities and restaurants are the best i've seen

loved the pool at the room, i saw the employee who cleans it and checks the levels of chemicals

pool in the golf area but you need to take the trolley which isn't as convenient with small kids

one suggestion- upon arrival we were told we could get lunch downstairs, i wish we knew the bar area was open for meals all day so we could get bar/grilled food

no room service due to covid, not the hotel's issue more of government regulations.

had to call room service 3 times to get more towels for the room and then i finally went down stairs and they

room service was good and the overall stay was wonderful

the pool and the pool table were really fun and there's also a piano in case you want to use it

the pool looked nice but i never used it
