the location of the hotel is ok, next to the water park (that was closed as it was december) (+) directly opposite isla magica theme park/water park (+) situated beside a water park also (+) a good location if you are going to the football game and close to the water park (+)great hotel...room superb and hotel spacious and clean. location short walk to them/water park (+) walking distance to water park and theme park which is good for families (-) there is a water park near to it and so the underground parking for the hotel was closed and it (-) the hotel has a partnership with the theme/water park isla magica next door (+) the location of the hotel was neat to a water park and near to the city (5-7 min by taxi)

they have a gym and 2 pools as far as i remember you should visited both but kids are no allowed to the warm

they had childrens entertainment classes which the kids loved

the wifi works extremely well in all areas of the hotel

fabulous breakfast and lovely rooftop pool. and the spa is great, i had an amazing massage.

nothing was too much trouble, often running from ground floor restaurant to rooftop pool bar just to accommodate you

were really friendly and helpful, room was very comfortable, plenty of space, early check in and late check out was accommodated with no issue, pool and rooftop were a great escape from the

hotel, beautifully finished and so comfortable, loved the roof top pool and bar after a hot day in the city, a true oasis
