to pay for lounge chairs at the pool, bar staff in the lobby bar was rude and overcharged me, room service was charged to my room for a few hundred dollars, but i was downstairs in the bar

the pool area is great for kids.

view of the golf course from our room was fabulous

found the pool area/waterpark design layout to be somewhat disappointing

our first night kids pool was super dirty and hot water.

great location and architecture loved the pool and gym

just don't order the room service pizza

the water park and lazy river were wonderfully relaxing, even for a group of adults.

also- food and beverage closed about 4:45 when the water park stayed open until 6:00
