was able to park my truck there i'm a truck driver and anywhere i got truck parking

they ran out of butter at breakfast i understand but for them to also not have any the next morning that could have been

the rooms need an update. the breakfast is very bad.

we are able to park in front of our room plenty of space for truck and boat

i also wish the breakfast had warm options, but i was grateful to have a free breakfast each day either way

there were about 30 college kids in there and only 1 little coffee pot

i am generally an early riser but slept so well i missed the complimentary breakfast all four mornings i was there

parking is difficult when many spaces are taken up by boats and road

it rained the whole time we were there. couldn't enjoy the pool.

paint, light bulbs, heater fans could be improved as well as the condition and cleanliness of the kitchen appliances in the cabins

only gripe would be there was service for two in the kitchen except for the lack of utensils

and believe it or not, they have no pet fee they are the most dog friendly location in helen

the indoor/outdoor pool was great for my kids. clean and staff was pleasant.

even though the hotel was full of soccer kids and parents, there was never a long wait for the elevator

we also had a 6x12 trailer we were able to park on site with no issues

the rooms are huge and the fireplace, hot tub and kitchenette make the stay even nicer

kitchen area could be better equipped for cooking

spacious, had a sitting areas with fireplace area/electric fireplace, has a coffee maker, small kitchen sink, and small fridge and microwave, and the full size hot tub was great after walking

modern kitchen, electric fireplace, linens were beautiful, very non conventional

beside our room, using our parking spaces, came in after eating dinner and had to park across the

motorcycles and the staff was great about having a place where we could park and unload the bikes

the location was great. the bed was comfortable. the spa tub was my favorite part of the stay.

the bathroom spa tub was not as clean as i it should have been.

was expecting a spa room with a view
