location of hotel, able to park my truck and trailer in lot

was great, we were slightly disappointed that the pool was empty because the water truck bailed on the hotel but we can't blame them for another

the breakfast was open at 6 am

room was comfortable and the parking lot was large enough to park the toy hauler in with no issue

the parking lot was large enough to handle our jeep group

parking for big trucks

breakfast was included & was good. free parking staff was friendly

easy parking and entrance.

staff helped with my late arrival and suggesting where to park with my trailer

the location was close to hershey park, i attended the rv show.

also the kitchenette convenient for us

kitchen was excellent, we made breakfast every day

pool closed too early for kids

the worst part was that the indoor pool, gym, and lobby restrooms were closed for construction and that was not revealed to us ahead of time

i had big truck they found a place for parking for me

bar charge from someone else on my bill, but the front desk removed it immediately once i brought

the accommodation for early check in to allow me to work in my room

the food i ordered from room service was not very good.

it was the rudest staff i ve ever came across. received uncooked chicken for room service
