sauna and steam room very good, shame there was no jacuzzi or pool

1 was a lady on reception ( i can't remember her name she was on fri +sat) 1 lady, who was in the bar and in the function room she was amazing (+)spa was excellent; bar staff were reasonable nice and interested in customers (+) bar open until late evening was a bonus after a long day (-)the bar staff could be friendlier (-)only thing it lacked was a bit of ambience in the bar and could have done with a bit of background music over breakfast (+) the restaurant served lovely food and the bar had a good range of spirits and mixers available (+) we were welcomed on arrival and then the staff in the bar and reataurant were lovely
