the front staff was very accommodating with helping us to park our small travel trailer

the pool/hot tub could maybe do with a bit of renovation, though it was nice and relaxing

no mention on website about gym renovation and it is all out of action

they also have a gym and laundry room, both of them very clean

laundry on site, unload straight from car to outside facing room

minutes north of town so it was convenient to go to town or the national park

i like the on-site laundry

they are pet friendly and the pet fee is very small

not a deal breaker, i like how the king room has 2 sinks (whereas the queen doesn't) --- a kitchen sink and a vanity/bathroom sink

advertised having laundry facilities but when we asked, we were told that the washing machine was broken

is basically a very nice modern take on the old koa campgrounds -- rv park in back, a double row of very well-designed and built little

we also used the laundry facilities and sat on the front deck every night

we loved the laundry area and felt it was well kept and had everything we needed

also convenient that a laundry facility is on site

location is great! close to park entrance and jackson hole. laundry on site.
