parking is difficult when many spaces are taken up by boats and road

beside our room, using our parking spaces, came in after eating dinner and had to park across the

motorcycles and the staff was great about having a place where we could park and unload the bikes

reception was lukewarm. spa tub wasn’t as expected. mattress was very stiff.

we enjoyed hiking to anna ruby falls, valhalla golf course, fantastic meals, a carriage ride, etc

bed was to soft and made my back hurt, there wasnt enough hot water to use the spa tube

was our third time staying in the cabins, we have never been charged a pet fee but this time they said it was $30 a day

we also had a 6x12 trailer we were able to park on site with no issues

splurged on a spa room and found it very clean, spacious, and well furnished

comfortable bed, we enjoyed the fireplace even though it wasn't cold outside,had a full-size kitchen, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and take care of any issues that

kitchen area could be better equipped for cooking

spacious, had a sitting areas with fireplace area/electric fireplace, has a coffee maker, small kitchen sink, and small fridge and microwave, and the full size hot tub was great after walking

we are able to park in front of our room plenty of space for truck and boat

i also wish the breakfast had warm options, but i was grateful to have a free breakfast each day either way

for kids and family

i am generally an early riser but slept so well i missed the complimentary breakfast all four mornings i was there

the breakfast and the hotel was amazing

and believe it or not, they have no pet fee they are the most dog friendly location in helen
