the location was perfect, overlooking the river (and car park) and backing onto grosvenor park

hotel on the riverside with plenty of room to park, which was a bonus

and friendly welcome easy to find, easy to park (out of season admittedly) really lovely room, clean, modern but with

great for city walls, grovesnor park and boat trips on the dee

parking is not private

the breakfast was served in the bar and was made to order and very good

friendly staff who were happy to assist with early check in when we arrived early

this was a cosy place to stay the bar was spacious and the food was lovely

due to lack of staff, there wasn't enough staff on to cope with volume of customers which led to bar area being left full of dirty glasses for many hours and empty plates with food on left for the

we were able to park our car right beside our room

very clean and comfortable with a lovely bar area and a restaurant too with a beer garden too

booked it the night before we stayed and we arrived early due to poor weather and was going to stay in the bar area until check in time however our

the bar was closed due to refurbishment but the owner was more than happy to let us have a drink

honestly surprised by the value for money 35 a night wow nice little bar too and carvery

you can park right outside the hotel and offers an overflow carpark too

breakfast was fantastic - food hot and freshly prepared

sauna very small and pool too cold but thats just my opinion.

excellent breakfast, gym, swimming pool, sauna, comfortable room, bath, very friendly staff.

and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble and always happy to accommodate requests that i had

parking easy, and facilities at the venue were all we needed

mile to allow us to make coffee in the morning so we didn’t make to much noise in the room as kids were sleeping

the room, the shower, the bar and it's excellent value, staff and service, reception, cleaning team

also, travelling with kids is not always easy, but room on the floor for them to play was great to have
