great food, excellent room with plenty of tea and coffee, lovely views of the river, food in the bar was excellent, all freshly cooked and served with a smile, we had the fish basket and riverside

as for the bar staff

was very comfortable and spacious, bar and outdoor area fantastic, nice location and the kayak and paddle boat hire so much fun

greeted by host who helped us into the car park with our van and trailer very friendly pub and rooms were spotless

the breakfast was delicious

family room perfect, food really good for evening and breakfast.

the atmosphere in the bar in the evening is really relaxing

great breakfast too.

there is a lovely garden and excellent walks in the park nearby
