the location was great! indoor pool was huge and very clean. room was big beds were comfortable

empty bag of chips behind bed, no room service after second day of stay (hence low rating for cleanliness) (+) they were super comfortable and room service was also very good (-)room service was not as expected stayed 7 nights room was serviced 1 time had to go down to desk

didn t drive because it was a quick 3 night trip to the great escape park and lake george steam boat ride

had a truck and trailer and there is minimal parking for rigs like this so i had difficulty finding a place to park

they even allowed me to park my kayak trailer in an extra spot while we toured the area

was a bit confusing at first, as the road near the office is the entrance while the road on the poolside is the exit

was able to visit with family out by the pool on saturday night

floor was dirty kids spilled cereal on floor did not eat there

kids were running around after 10pm and we could hear everything clearly in the room
