location was the best part and the parking

the kitchenette had food residue

no useful kitchen utensils

stayed at several extended stay america locations and all but this one has basic items in the kitchen

no breakfast the room has kitchen but plain no coffee machine , no utensils

the hotel was sold out so i had no place to park the huge dodge ram truck

rooms were bigger, water pressure, check-in, airport shuttle, geat breakfast, friendliest staff, restraunts in walking distance

having a shuttle to airport- key to choosing hotel

the swimming pool drainage need to be clean when it rains the water doesn't drain quickly

breakfast bar is outstanding, with scrambled eggs, sausage, ham and cheese croissants, hot oatmeal

there was ample parking for our truck, (26 foot box truck but semis could park there too)

complimentary hot breakfast with plenty of choice

breakfast...need more movie channels

the breakfast was delicious with great variety to choose from

us check in early which was a plus as or flight was super early and we were traveling with two kids

amenities, flexibility with parking our trailered boat, pool/spa was well-maintained

and was able to do laundry

location to family in ft myers. pool

location. near the airport. it had an airport shuttle that was in-service.

love the short complimentary shuttle to the airport and have stayed here every time we are in florida

manager could not have been more accommodating with letting us park the trailer where we could hook up immediately

the breakfast was great

up to early for breakfast but the location was awesome

the double room the kitchen i also loved the balcony & pool very clean can't wait to come back and

your room, we were lucky enough to get an upgraded room which was lovely, two beds, two tvs, kitchen area and all lovely and clean, the guy in charge was helpful telling us about surrounding

liked that we could park our boat near our room

the breakfast was not available because of covid-19, which was totally understandable

pool, jacuzzi and gym were all closed

a good place for this price. the kids liked the pool and the hotel is close to everything.

only thing that i was upset about i was there by myself with my kids for a week and was put in the back of the hotel
