was extremely professional, hotel in general was very nice, including the room, pool, etc

we were only disappointed that the bar didn't stay open later, since nothing else is open

waited 3 hours with kids in the lobby

was supposed to be a pet welcome package with bowls

was huge and clean and staff up front, at the door, in the bar and in the restaurants were amazing

there were several food options within the property, the fitness/spa center offered many services/amenities,

the spa area was very peaceful and welcoming

spa was my favorite and the tap which is a sports bar inside the hotel was so much fun

accommodations and spa access

lunch, dinner were plentiful, room was spacious, the lobby was beautiful, fitnes room has everything for your
