spa needs attention

the pool, jacuzzis, and spa facilities (sauna, steam room) are great with view of the mountains and slopes

, hiking, golf), restaurant/food options, spa services and shopping

i enjoyed the spa pools, love how they decorated the surrounding trees with lights too

resort and spa was an amazing experience at palisades tahoe

pool was wonderful

casino for husband to play in. arcade for kids to play in.

no laundry facilities open

it was clean. easy access to the casino and other establishments around the casino.

pool was under maintenance and it didn t say that on the site my kids and i were looking forward

rooms are very large and the bathroom is spa ious, lots of counter space

asked for a top floor and received that with a bonus beautiful view of the lake and edgewood golf course

loved the pool & the gym was located in the same area with a glass wall so i was able watch my kids while i to

the wifi was not good. the ac wasn t the greatest.

plus , we paid for room with view we got a view of construction a golf course hard hotel and a little bit of

everything++++ excelente service staff location grounds pool spa personnel = a+++

all was good but some dressing gowns to wear down to the pool and spa would be appreciated

the spa and pool were excellent

using the spa tub black sludge and hair came out and was disgusting, but they did come out and clean

bed an pillows comfy the 24 hr. spa an all the good restaurants around us

pool and spa is perfect they have 4 bbq grills and about four sets of tables and chairs to eat party

place was not only in my budget but offered a wonderful large studio room with a humongous spa bathtub

separate swimming pool for adults with the very chill vibe and access to spa facilities

we thought there would be some things to do - the spa closed early, the water in the lobby wasn't put out during

pool and other amenities

facility was great with pool, gym and hot tubs accessible

there were 3 fireplaces in our room and one on our patio

underground private parking keeps the car away from the elements

to the village; underground / heated garage; friendliness of the staff; cleanliness of the room & kitchenette

spa was fabulous as was the free champagne on check un

am not a dog person, so having so many pets on property and especially on the 11th floor made it a bit uncomfortable

the extra activities for the kids including the smores kit happy hour and the movie nights were added bonus
