beautiful room - amazing spa - incredible breakfast

we enjoyed a warm and pleasant stay - an amazing room and we made full use of the sector-leading spa facilities

amazing spa facilities and very good value for what's available. breakfast was also excellent.

spa facilities were excellent room was very clean and

spa was disappointing steam room and sauna was dirty black marks

next time we visit we will try the spa facilities too

spa wasn't the best and not very clean

felt like the spa wasnt easy to find or book, couldn t find the pool either

30 to use the spa facilities seemed steep for hotel guests.

had a lovely room upgrade with a super comfy bed and a lovely bathroom with a whirlpool spa bath

loved the surrounding lake and walks and the spa was great my bed was comfortable and there was a bath as well

the spa could do with an upgrade as it s quite old but it was clean

spa area could be cleaner

we have been to many spa hotels in the uk and we had at least a single thing to complain about food, cleanliness

the spa was the icing on the cake too

unable to use the spa - had to book up months ahead and did not realise this

spa was fully booked but was not told until arrival so could not use the facilities

the hotel also had a lovely spa area with a lovely steam room and pool

nothing - didn t dine there or use the spa though

we enjoyed the spa and fitness facilities on several occasions
