i was clean and the location was excellent. the pool was really good

noisy guests at the pool late at night (we were unlucky, but the staff did not ask them to be quiet after

the pool area is great

great breakfast and really good value for money for such a nice pool (and a hot

old facilities. very noisy if you get a room around the pool areaz

has laundry service, room service (until 1030pm), vehicle transport services, spa services, and much more

is a super hotel, good service, comfort in all aspects, breakfast on time when ordered to the room

the food was the same everyday so imagen staying for a week and eating the same breakfast

breakfast and the place was beautiful

the breakfast delivered to the room in the morning was a very nice touch

at times could be better breakfast was asked to be included in room cost ended up paying additional at time of

good breakfast with a variety of warm foods and tropic fruits

the wifi was good where it supported multiple devices at once and google speed test rated it as fast

music by the pool would have been great

from the staff, to the breakfast (with a colombian twist), to the actual room, to all around the cleanliness

like the spacious indoor and outdoor door sitting area of the restaurant

if you want spa time make it in advance

the fact that spa times were all taken

spa area was closed for renovations so i did not get to see that

the spa was great

limited hot water for spa bath, it was lukewarm at best

the pool and the restaurant are beautiful!

the breakfast was really nice i enjoyed it everyday to the max

to wait till mid afternoon to get your towels because of having to wait for them to return from laundry

the breakfast was good however need a bit more variety but it was good. the staff was friendly

personal, breakfast is always the same, the guy in the reception with tattoos has an awful attitude never

wasn t what they told us is was going to be,the attention from the staff was very poor, the wifi was very poor

when we got back, room service was there even though it had been there less than an hour

wifi was going out quite often

the gym could have been really a gym :)

receive any instructions on how to connect to the wifi, how to operate my swipe card, where the gym and pools

property need to maintanence specialy gym roof.

;-) the system to log in to wifi wasn't always reliable, but the staff sorted out a new code straight away
