the gift shop and spa were never available to me always closed . it was disappointing
from valet, to checkin,room staff,turn down service offered our spa treatments were delightful
mixed spa and steam room area. bar was expensive

i had booked 4 garden suites which were great easy access to the pool, which is 24hrs
staff was rude we paid the stay in cash also left some amount for extras however when we ordered room service

pass for the day; however we were not permitted to use the locker room/lounge without a same day spa reservation
the beach and offers many activities like golf, swimming, surfing, yoga classes, tennis courts, spa
lush grounds are expansive and offer something for everyone (beach, several pools, spa and golf)
spa is extra, so even for using the steam room there is an extra charge
price of the spa i would have went again the next day but $303 for one hour was just way to much

food and spa services are quite expensive for the value

too many spa guests from outside the hotel using the facilities

by the way, children under the age of 12 are using the spa pool inside, even though it is prohibited

the resort is beautiful, incredible spa services
the bungalows were private and spacious
: the spacious room comfy bed with lots of pillows the view facilities at the spa the pool a good place
spa lacking in having knowledge of promotions offered
