the only time this was a real issue was ordering room service

the spa was world class, my only poitive feedback, was the food was not amazing, the breakfast fabulous

grounds, great staff in kids club (but they charge hourly) and staff at beach and restaurants

loud dj and pool party they had on sunday ( believe this was just for a private wedding group) that the codex

been making it a priority to hire highly trained staff and improve their amenities, restaurants, spa services,

is not enough staff in the pools, in the bar and the venazu restaurant for breakfast, the service is slow

also add, great gym facilities new and plenty of choices for my daily workout

the food at the restaurant next to the bar was just ok

breakfast does not have a very attractive menu and everyday they were playing brazilian music

beautiful spa with a cold dip and giant relaxation area

they said i have to pay extra for the kids

one of my new favourite places and definitely for my kids too

the pools were nice. the staff was great. especially in the mita cafe

hotel with kids was attached to and shared facilities with an adults-only sister hotel

the services at the spa were ridiculously overpriced

we also visited the spa and really enjoyed it

the spa was smelly

food was great. staff helpful and happy. spa massage was very good!
