i was told there was a laundry service, not true

they upgraded my room due to my room not being ready for early check in

booked two rooms and one of us had the great view of the pool and bellagio water show and the other had a view

the comfort and space of the room was very good

not pretentious at all the legendary piano bar has some of the best free entertainment in town

of paying 35$ for early check in the lady upgraded our room for 15$ and the check in for that room was 1pm

only criticism would be that i wasn't able to use the gym because it didn't open until 7am and closed at 6pm
