the spa and leisure facilities and staff were friendly

the facilities were just as good with their being a whole fitness centre as well as spa centre which we did

one particular spa service, namely poor massage for the paid price (including the applied 10% discount) 63

booked in for long weekend but spa treatments not available sundays or mondays

quite a steep walk either down to rutland water or up to the spa and bar/dining room

pool was very busy with lots of children which just made the spa experience a little less relaxing

the staff they all greeted us with a smile ud83dude0a the facilites was excellent expecially the spa and treatment

friendly staff - twin room had two king-size beds - spa facilities were excellent and the restaurant meal was

hotel was lovely, very friendly welcoming staff , spacious hotel room very clean with a very comfy bed , pool

the rooms are spacious, spotless, and fully equipped with everything we need

spa area lovely, pool could be a little warmer but ok once you are in it
