the hotel staff upgraded me to a king spa room that had a huge tub looking out on floor to ceiling windows over

our floor to ceiling windows yielded a gorgeous view of the pool, rooftop bar, amalie center, downtown skyline

in room wasn t working, wifi sucked and charged late check out fee without any notice or warning

we also saw a lot of young kids dressed like they re going to a ball

the other person that was wonderful to us was roxanne at the bar in the lobby

had personalized massage at the spa across the street at jw, except it wasn t personalized because it felt

room service food could definitely be better.

there s an excellent laundry room with washers/dryers

view was great. had a blast at the rooftop pool/bar.
