spa is no longer functional

the pool was extremely dirty location not too good. can't walk anywhere

the food the ambience and the service like room service etc quite slow and disappointing.

wifi and parking are extra, and quite expensive with terrible speed, no self parking it takes over

the gym please, mclean it and make upgrades

only small complaint is they try to upsell the spa a lot and they don t have enough people walking around

i recommend visiting the spa and its restaurant

there is a large variety of wellness activities and spa services to take part in and provide a truely restive

pool, the room, the bathroom (great shower), location, staff, spaciousness, quietness, nice architecture

the spa services were exceptional too

had many breakfast options, and it was delicious

the valet parking was so nice and convenient

well decorated with parking garage

breakfast buffet is really good with a lots of choices

booking for swimming room is mandatory, i did booking but when i was there it was full of kids

claims to be a 5-star hotel and they don t have a pool, a gym and the spa is a room

they allowed me a 1 hour early check

the bar was closed on a saturday, no happy hour and it was unclear what if any services the spa

were given an upgrade as the tv and wifi weren t working in the room we booked
