overall all the staff were very helpful and ingrid at the spa gives an amazing massage

i took advantage of one of the spa packages and even booked a scuba dive for myself near catalina island which

the spa was really nice

room, staff, food, drinks, pool - everything was great, especialy the french restaurant

not a proper 5 star hotel bar closes at 11pm, shower in bath, bathroom doors rotting, a/c old and noisy,

breakfast good, location quiet

i think we might have been near a laundry room

and the property needs small repairs like fixing some doors in public restrooms near the pool

great room really comfortable, with a private pool and a really nice bathroom

many restaurants and pools to choose from. very clean

experience with the spa leading to a horrible experience with checking out with spa prices other than what was

room service was free including alcohol, and the only thing added at the end was spa visits and wine purchased

the spa was more then great

like the staff , the facilities, the pool , and the beach is gorgeous i am highly recommend on hilton la

discoteca was closed but casino was open

the spa was amazing, and 2 of the 3 rooms were comfy

breakfast was excellent with a very wide selection, and because it’s served in two beachfront

plenty of chairs in the pool and beach

kids activities, food variety, stone massage in spa

there is not enough shade at the sun-club pool or beach compared to the number of guests staying in that section
