couldn't cancel my spa booking

spa wasn't fully operational

the spa is excellent.

spa experience could have been better

everything, specially the spa and the restaurant bygone.

spa is wonderful. staff are amazing .

location pet friendly

great location and kids loved the pool :) valet guy was great!

comfortable beds, quiet hallways, good wifi, great views of the harbor

the kids loved the pool while we enjoyed the hot tub

and spa/no pool towels

decided to go to the spa and the hot tub was no working

bar closed too early

very nice lobby area with nice bar and coffee shop

the location is prime. the hot tub is wonderful and you can see oriole's stadium from the pool.
