spa wasn t working

cleanliness. the pool, sauna and gym were opened this time. we love it

the pet fee is also quite expensive for what is offered

very helpful staff, comfortable room and easy parking.

the parking lot was very icy.

asked about the spa services and i was given a very vague response such as i need to take a shuttle - ok where

views - easy to taxi / drive into the city - went early july and had the tennis courts, bikes and spa facilities

the facility has everything anyone could possibly want, a beautiful pool and spa area, beachfront, lake, canoes

spa massages available in the hotel.

they provided parking and shuttle service to the airport

the room was nice and clean also the kitchen breakfast staff very helpfully

i had to ask about pool, wifi, etc

had an early flight so i wanted a hotel near the airport that offered shuttle service and this hotel fit the

swimming pool,bar,breakfast,little shop,

didn t have time to use pool or spa but would def visit again

not satisfied with it plus dishwasheing liquid was not enough in my room s kitchenette

bring with kids we asked for a change of room and the request was honored within minutes

i also liked the connecting doors that connected our room to my kids room

pool and gym are clean and inviting
