there was no spa and or hot tub as said on site

there are pet odors in the bedroom as well as the elevators

wifi was not working correctly either

was so clean, the pool area and spa is spacious, and love the extra vanity area besides the one in the bathroom

jacuzzi / spa tub wasn t working

nosey i understand people travel for work but could have time to call it a night got there late kids were kinda

kids enjoyed the swimming pool and was fortunate to be able to go twice and have the whole pool to

nice clean hotell. kids liked the hot tub.

pool and spa are nice

had problems with laundry machine not working properly but was resolved

would like the pool to be a bit warmer.

also the pool was closed but web page did not indicate this fact

wifi was wierd

wifi was out, the shower head is full of build up and the towels were small, stained and damp

checked in 20 minutes early and they wanted an additional $20 for early check in

they said it was because we had a pet we were put in a room next to the lake

was a dirty diaper, used kleenex and pet food under the bed

my car got stolen in the parking lot

the hotel pool and spa was closed and that s one of the reasons we chose this location.

staff was helpful, breakfast and pool was on point

breakfast was fantastic. so many options. i am going to find any excuse to go back.

they have a full buffet breakfast in the mornings

there also was barely enough parking that was lit

enjoyed the pool outside but some men were smoking cigars

great rooms, good breakfast and in a perfect location on the outskirts of the city with plenty of parking
