my husband used the spa locker room, but felt staff wasn't welcoming

robes were provided to use the spa, we went to the sauna and steam room, the spa facilities felt very luxurious

the spa therapists were so nice and did an amazing job

is what you d want for a lodge, big burning fireplace (outside), large lounge, access to spa amenities, use

lodge type hotel, very elegant interiors, great spa and pools, hot tubs

the location, pool & spa great. the river across street was beautiful

huge spa tub with tons of hot water (the jets in our room 506 didn't work but it was still a relaxing

you need when camping (showers, dining hall, clean bathrooms), and is located very close to shuttle stops that

thought there d be a bigger span for the wifi reach

staff were amazing. the accommodation was so close to 2 restaurants and bus stop (shuttle).

is a little bit pricy and parking is mixed with visitors and they should segregate visitors' parking from people

the parking situation can be a little tricky.

we were not told beforehand therefore hotel was dark with no heating , shops shut, no food, no pool, cold dark

that was followed by a quick swim in the well-maintained olympic sized pool overlooking the property

pool closed at 7, we would have enjoyed using it around sunset.

couldn't use spa tub because it had no drain stopper/plug.
