smelled bad; traffic noise was very loud; felt unsafe; phone & wifi did not work; in december-room was cold;

parking lot not paved properly

i was driving to texas and had booked this hotel to rest since it was pet friendly

parking lot needs to be sealed.

location to reach memphis for a fair price: parking, highspeed wifi and close to food place

we had massages just steps away from the lobby at harbor town spa and the price and services were excellent

loved the wine bar and walking access to gourmet groceries, cappuccino and terrific food

poorly maintained property for the price point. poor wifi.

the area there is very crowded, so parking can be an issue at times.

the spa was wonderful!

the room is amazing. bathroom is perfect with the spa tub. staff is eager to help.

asked for an early check in and were told it wouldn t be an issue

i ordered room service and the food was timely and the staff very considerate

room service cut off at 10 pm - right when we got back to the room after the game

called down to the front desk, i had asked for a blanket and was told the laundry was closed

it had wifi

breakfast no laundry service could not do laundry there had to go to a laundromat the place was dirty bedspread

the laundry room smelled of stale urine, cannot recommend and would never stay

wifi, microwave didn t work, toilet seat was broken, sink did not drain properly, everywhere was

there was no spa or hot tub

fun pb&j bar at 9pm every night

no laundry service for them to be tied to the wedding venue next door

microwave in the room no laundry on site - we had to use a run down laundromat around the corner restaurant ran

our only disappointment was the pool closure but better to be safe
