lovely swimming pool, sauna and steam room but spa wasnt working unfortunately

nothing to dislike. wish i had stayed longer to try the spa facilities.

the hotel has a spa and ticket fee included in the room fee

all excellent , staff too and food in lara restaurant and adelphi where brilliant , an re new spa brilliant

spa not working and sheets not big enough for the bed.

we asked for a very early check in and they went to great effort to do so

it was probably in the description that i overlooked, but there was only a shower and we had two kids under 4

the hotel has a restaurant with a delicious menu so you can order room service

that was the only downfall, i knew room service was 5 but i forgot to sign up for room service

staff. breakfast.

the spa was amazing, best massage iv ever had with mina, all the girls are so lovely

the signage to the spa could be better and it would be nice to have a small fridge in the room

pool for kids or other entertainment that would give us a break for a few hours to use the spa facilities

all round great hotel everything you need under 1 roof food , bar ,spa a10 minute walk to the city centre for

a cosy house with lovely living room and kitchen, fully ready for a big family and cooking

so cosy beds were very comfortable kids loved it

easy access to the hotel - who did let us use their charger was also nice and the golf club does really solid

golf, tennis, leisure centre, restaurant & bar all within walking distance

the demand that the kitchen be cleaned including the dishwasher emptied is quite difficult if one needs to

facilitaties and thermal spa was execellent

we also went to the spa which exceeded our expectations

food and menu has improved immensely since i stayed last year. spa is amazing. staff are lovely

staff were extremely friendly and professional, food was gorgeous and the spa was amazing

place with a great golf course and lovely pool/spa area

spa could of been better for price, no relaxation room or offer of services

spa treatments, restaurants and outdoor walks around the estate were exceptional.

everything! the spa was lovely and the food a cocktails delicious.

only interaction that was not great was the person on the spa reception

food (bfast, lunch, and dinner), cocktails, and spa were all incredible

they also have a spa that also gets great reviews

the have very nice spa products in the rooms and lobby area as well as a fabulous breakfast

the spa and lesiure centre was very good and the hotel bar was well worth a visit
