the spa tub was my entire reason for getting the room and it did not disappoint

pool area and variety of options for hot breakfast: boiled and scrambled eggs, oatmeal, waffles etc

were informed at the front desk that pets were booked on main floor, however, we noticed folks with a dog on

breakfast was very good and the staff helpful and friendly

area small and not clean water in the pool cold in spa too hot receptionist are not accomodating or welcoming

clean and well maintained. excellent breakfast!

not appreciate the fact that the railroad company's vehicles overcrowding the parking lot and along the side of

parking lot was icy around cars while front desk clerk sat and read a book every time we went past

wish breakfast lasted longer because my kids ate most of it cold.

requested a 1st floor room due to bad knees, didn't get one as pet rooms are on the second floor

the parking lot looks like war zone

very clean and we were worried because we saw lots of partiers from the hockey game and lots of kids around but

the bar was a great hangout and the staff were very amazing

the wifi didn't work most of the time.
