the spa didn't warm up

really liked the outside area and the pool area and location of the property

had reserved 2 rooms for 3 adults and two children (my son, his two kids in one room, my wife and i in the other

large room with comfortable beds. good wifi.

it was a long walk from the parking lot to our room.

pool and spa was nice and the beds were comfortable staff was good i liked the old school key

pool was nice. room was nice.

the pool and ammentities were great!

the staff was extremely friendly and the pool and hot tub were awesome

the room hallways and pool area were very clean

we went to the front desk and told them, and they upgraded us to a spa room for the inconvenience

the room was clean. the bed was amazing. the spa tub was spacious.

room (king suite w/spa tub) was roomy and clean.

i was given 2 keys, but no information about the wifi password

basic breakfast was welcomed, adequate parking and access to major roads

only negative we experienced was the temperature and the chlorine level in the spa by the pool

only issue i had is that you have to walk through the lobby/breakfast area to get to the pool/spa area

was more noice than normal at night- both from the room above and kids running in the hall

the view i asked for lake view but was hoping for a higher level but was close to car in parking lot

wifi was very difficult to connect to

in the pool area made our daughter and my eyes burn to the point after 20 minutes we had to leave the pool

super close to canal park and the lake walk, late pool hours

although pet friendly it is a $75 fee

the swimming pool & spa looked amazing- will use next time

i think there was a spa tub adjoining our room and the sound was just awful

we did not use the spa and didn't eat breakfast, so no comment on that

spa and location. staff was easy to work with. very comfortable beds.

we were disappointed that the sauna was unavailable and also the hours of use for spa

24/7 coffee, tea and hot chocolate (the good stuff) not sparing flavored creamer, honey etc

also, the area around the pool & spa seemed very desolate and i didn't feel comfortable going in alone

room was excellent pool was really cool! haven't seen a stainless steel pool and spa before.

the room was spacious and loved the spa tub in our room!

were unable to go with us it would have been nice to have had a heads up written online with the pet policies

were only sheers on the windows, and we were on the first floor with a parking lot right outside the window

best part is they allow pets (small fee per day)

they were pet friendly

the breakfast could be better. the coffee was not very good.

it is pet friendly and clean, quite and has easy parking, i would stay there again

couldn't get our big ac unit working and we did not find a remote for the fireplace

only thing i can mention, but not complain about, was the pool and the hot tub were not warm and hot enough
