kitchen was missing necessary items

full kitchen, 2 bathrooms, plenty of space for my family

too far from the village. it's a 20 minute walk. we weren't allowed to use the fireplace.

nice clean kitchen with washer and dryer was a great convenience i did not expect

the spa area and the staff

spa area hot tub and sauna, shuttle bus to ski village

the hotel spa facilities were clean and never overcrowded

still have not heard from the manager nor have we received a refund for an inconvenience at the spa and they

room in the spa was cold, and it was uncomfortable to come out of the jacuzzi into such a cold room

my spouse and i booked the room with the spa tub in the room which obviously was my favorite part

the location was good, and the spa tub was great

vince was great, comfy lounging area with fireplace

the bar closed at 8.

the bar was impressively stocked with exclusively vt wine, beer, and spirits

pool was incredible on a hot summer day

needs parking lot lighting. a flashlight is needed if you need to get around after dark

parking is abundant and free

size of the room , the fireplace and the jacuzzi , made for a very relaxing night, which we were both looking

the facility staff even set up the fireplace every

we didn t use any of the spa services but were given a quick tour of the premises which looked (and smelled

room service was amazing - food was delicious and arrived quickly and without fanfare

pool was closed, painting hallway during our stay

the bar / restaurant area is a great place to enjoy the evening

from the spacious campus layout to multiple seating areas with fireplaces to good size rooms, we really felt

entire property is very dirty under bed behind the night tables, spa mold in the shower, cealing, dust bowls

restaurant closed bar food bad no help with baggage

incredible spa, heated outdoor pool and hot tubs, and lovely staff

the heated outdoor pool and arcade were hits with our kids

the hard working staff, the location on the foot of the mountain and the pool/hot tub.

wifi was weak and inconsistent, which was a little frustrating in the evenings, since most of the

you to and from the mountain as well, which is a great touch when you don't want to deal with parking

the pool needed a cleaning and it would be nice to have a chair in the room

parking also a bit of a problem when the motel is full

endearing and enchanting perks - piano and song time, hot tub in the snow, books and puzzles and pool table and

the kitchen was clean and large

kitchen was well stocked with cooking needs and room to bring your own food for cooking

the kitchen is incredible

kitchen and tv room were very nice

a bit hot the first night, being over the kitchen and given the warm weather, but we shut the heat off completely

the sawmill bar & table was also nothing short of delicious

place was amazing nice quite little areas but the room was huge and the bathroom was amazing, the spa tube really

broken spa bath which was advertised.

the only thing i didn t like was the spa tube stopped working on our last night.

property is very comfortable and access to the outdoor pool at the spa is worth the nominal charge

me and my kids loved the place, very cozy and warm.

our cabin was incredibly clean and my kids absolutely loved it
