the handicap bathroom had a retractable bar in it, but wasn t retractable to move it out of the way for normal

the spa tub was dirty and i m happy i brought my own cleaning supplies

rented this room for the spa tub, i always run the spa before i use it to make sure its clean, when i put it on

spa tub was not cleaned no blanket people live there hanging out all over i closed the door and a

good wifi

wasn't enough options for breakfast

the spa tub did not drain well during the shower, so we did not even get to use the jacuzzi, plus

large hotel with lots of parking spots and decent sized rooms

the wifi was terrible

fees and charges for room service are not acceptable

i did use room service for one meal and the service and food was good

pool is small, my kids complained that the water was freezing (although the room was plenty warm) 2 of my kids

clean, efficient check-in, good breakfast, friendly staff, spacious.

there was any hot water for tea our first nite and staff came out from behind desk and went into kitchen facility

i like the space in the room and the small kitchen area.

pool rather small, but grand-kids had fun anyway
