water park was great, with a lazy river, water slide, spa and small swimming pool

the pool area, the comfort of the beds.

was well stocked, good healthy variety, facility was clean, they accommodated lots of kids for a soccer tournament

parking was good and close to building

continental breakfast was excellent with large choices

a king and sent a message that we were traveling with a pet

hotel and parking lot is clean, though

it s also closest to the handicapped parking and the breakfast area

of the staff, bina is a wonderful lady who helped in the front desk and she is encharge of kitchen and she is

nice, comfortable room. breakfast was good with several options.

jets in spa was broken

we asked the lady about the spa and she said it was working, we was looking forward to that after a long drive

reception girl very rude and not goood at her job very disappointed the pool, spa and sauna all not available

price for a suite was well worth the money and they have a delicious free hot breakfast every morning

the large indoor pool is under construction

i specifically reserved a room with a spa tub and when i got to my room it was a regular tub

didn't like that my pet friendly room was on the 3rd floor, at the very end of the hall

wifi is not good and tv constantly locking up waiting on feed/wifi

the gym was severely lacking and pretty uncleanly

room we had booked weeks earlier(king suite with a pullout sofa and kitchenette)had been given to someone else

also once they complete the outdoor pool it will be a great place to stay

was truly impressed that their breakfast not only had a waffle iron but a pancake iron and biscuits & gravy

bed was comfortable. spa was relaxing. breakfast was delicious. staff was accomodating.

the kids and i had fun at the pool it had a weird smell at first but the staff noticed and got it

a decent sized micro fridge , a microwave, a jacuzzi, and decent wifi power are good

hot tub and pool are a bit inconsistent temp.

pool stayed open till almost midnight with lots of kids running around

smelled really bad. absolutely no usable wifi, and the bathroom light didn't work.
