needs a sense of privacy/separation from people that are in swimming pool area

great place to stay at a good price. very nice breakfast good dinner rest rec by the desk.

the wifi was nice and strong good channel selection. i didn t eat the breakfast.

not enough parking spaces. room smelled like mildew.

we got a spa

paid for a spa tub and it was filthy

i enjoyed the spa tub and overall the room was pretty clean.

my telephone in my room didn t work and i got an email stating the pool, gym, and spa would be closed but,

no tv available in our room, pool, spa and sauna not working

bathroom was not cleaned properly the spa tub was filthy had to scrub it run the jets and scrub it again to get

the spa tub was wonderful.

jet spa had hair in it i think the jet spa could have been cleaned better it also had soap scum or

open closets, with no hangers. cold floors. need rugs. spa tub was old. need upgrades.

spa tub and the beds comfortable

fire pit by pool was nice(hot tub would be preferred)

no room service no round the clock maid service

there is a diner / bar in the hotel and although we didn't use them it was very well patronized by the other

the bar could be a little better.

you advertise this hotel has breakfast but it has not!!!

wifii out up and down, called front desk, they give me a tech service, that called back four hours

they didn't have breakfast even though they charge for it

no fruit or oatmeal for breakfast
