we ended up taking the suite (at special price too) with a huge bath/spa in the middle of the room

the room was spacious with lovely interesting view all topped off by a wonderful jacuzzi spa bath

no pool but we located very nice public outdoor pool about 2kms from hotel

sockets, lights and the router for the wifi was behind the tv and therefore reception was excellent

helpful staff an issue with wifi was resolved quickly and pleasantly, and good suggestions for where to

the bed was very comfortable, and the spa tub was great

we upgraded to the junior suite which gave us plenty of room and a spa bath that looked out to the view

a bar cafe next door with tables on the pavement

breakfast could have had more selection and the bar could have been open in the evening

also pet friendly location, we travelled with a dog

while it s normal for the spa and pool to be closed during the pandemic, the gym was also closed

modern, clean, close to the el escorial palace, good breakfast

there wasn t a bar area for drinks after a day of sightseeing

the room was a good size and the wifi worked well

breakfast and location are excellent!

booked the spa but unfortunately it was closed for our 5 night stay

spa cleanness was far too poor

modern hotel with indoor spa facilities less than 10 minute into avila, sound proof rooms, with super-king size

spa is good and room is so nice

the breakfast is tasty and varied, and there's a nice bar and a cozy pool area

very good wifi

will mention pedro and his lady comerera, both excellent in a very busy bar cafeteria area

bus stop right outside the door so easy access to anywhere for just 1 fantastic cafe bar and the staff were

in the bar there is breakfast as well as some drinks for the late evening, the staff was amazing and the

wifi worked well, breakfast was excellent and included in price

wifi is not so great, but you can connect with an ethernet cable

restaurant and bar on site although we didn't use it so cannot comment further

issue, view from room was a wall with kitchen extract fans, bathroom sink plug not working and no wifi in room

wifi was a little instable

wifi is very very poor.
