was a problem with the wifi it was connecting to the tablet and phone but not to the laptop not sure what kind

pool and hot tub were well maintained ! hospitality of the staff

politely, clean and big room, comfortable bed and pillows, extra table for dinner, many cabinets, pet welcome,

was very helpful & because if the pandemic they monitored the pool & no more than 10 people was allowed in pool

the pool quickly ran out of clean towels with no refills

although they do allow pets, the fee for a dog is $100 which is outrageous

i also enjoyed the spa and that the stores were within a short distance

and helpful staff, room was very clean & comfortable/spacious

super good fresh and they had everything to eat, the pool was nice and big area they also had a spa a bathroom

the radiator, heat, was a bit noisy at night scared the kids a bit.

spa experience was outstanding. highly recommend

the rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated, with comfy beds and stunning views

sleep, eat, casino, spa and entertainment all under one roof

was the smoke in the air in hallways from casino floor smoke smell at restaurants as

breakfast was in a bright, sunny lobby and had delicious options

only the next day when the laundry lady arrives at 9:00 am we would be able to get it

the breakfast was delicious! the grounds were beautiful and it was an easy walk into town.

wifi is not working very well in bedrooms may want to consider using extenders.

nice outdoor dining & bar (covered in case it is too sunny or rainy)

spa tub was tiny. definitely for 1 small person at a time.

the spa tub room smelled like mildew from the moment we walked in the room

although the room appeared to be renovated on arrival there was a hook by the spa tub that was extremely loose
