love to have been told the location of the pool when we first checked in

could have been of higher quality, there was no bathrobe provided, and the lounge chairs by the pool were very

ordered room service for breakfast and ate at the yellow pony for dinner, both were excellent

room service got something wrong, but it was remedied.

need a lap pool and food was not good at all even breakfast

pool and spa closes too early.

the pool/spa was open at 7:30 am and closed at 10 pm which was nice to enjoy during our one night stay there

over crowded with kids , running everywhere and loud late at night. i just stay in my room.

especially food and bar service, were outstanding - both in the evening and at breakfast

our tv.channels and remote did not work and the wifi was not great.

also list online and in the hotel lobby a spa and sauna which when we get there has had a fire 10 years ago

i was looking forward to soaking in a hot tub or spa and there wasn t one

both restaurant (sky asia) and the spa were long gone.

get anyone to fix it until the next morning so i went a whole night without tv also my whirlpool spa tub the

the room was very clean n spa tub was huge

king size bed was very comfortable and the spa tub in the main bedroom was amazing

inadequate elevator. (slow and only one for five floors). also no spa despite listing on line

we loved the spa tub in the room and the bed was super comfy!! great value for the money.

fault of the hotel, but there were a lot of teenage kids on some sort of group function
