i enjoyed the spa tub and the view

our room came with a spa tub and was so relaxing

the indoor pool was great, it was clean, rooms were nice

road in front of the hotel was very busy and the laundry facility on site was out of service

wifi is pretty bad

purchased the room for indoor swimming, but pool and spa were not available without

indoor pool and spa for my grandkiddos!

we felt very comfortable and the room was nice, wifi however was not excellent, fairly slow and as others said

friendly staff and very accommodating to our early check in

the coffee. access to the parking lots is tight and could be difficult for a large vehicle.

the bar area was good but not the best service.

we did see deer in the property and the kids really enjoyed that, but that's not exclusive to the resort

view and specified not on the 1st floor and you see the lake but with a pretty large view of the parking lot,

the pool was cloudy

was difficult to get reservations for the sporting reserve and spa

spa is smaller than expected

and we had the chance to enjoy the spa and restaurant, too

in the main living room there was only a couch and hard kitchen

it has fire place, full kitchen , clean bathroom, very roomy

the tv was small the internet/wifi kept going in and out the bathroom is small

no wifi

we had a nice balcony and there was a fireplace, but we did not use it

took forever to warm up room wifi did not work coffee maker in room put out filthy water when used for water

wifi didn't work and there was no cell reception

roomy with a kitchen.

fireplace & breakfast area is beautiful and comfortable

clean pet friendly nice property bed was very comfortable

king room was huge and the spa tub was to die for

no view and spa tub was weak!

carpet stains, no ottoman, cheap tp, spa tub jets were weak.

my confirmation said our room had a spa tub but we did not get a room with s spa tub

only thing i didn't like was the water pressure or the faucet not sure which one for the spa tub

kitchen staff seemed a little frazzled as they ran the front desk as well

small extra fee for pet

parking outside the room was an asset

family and i stayed in the king room with the spa bath

got a king suit with a spa tub

i wish the spa tub was bigger for 2

was expecting a king room with spa bath and got the king bed but regular tub with one jet

the spa bath is to die for

i loved staying here. the tub with jets and the fireplace made it an exceptional trip.

very small room and bathroom along with very inconsistent wifi.

parking was a problem. one night we almost could not find a spot to put our car.
