spa could've been a little hotter

a spa would have been a welcome addition

guidelines in place, specifically the social distancing policies which allowed the use of the pool for the kids

clean, convenient, quiet...best hotel gym i've ever used.

wifi had excellent speeds

one floor for this purpose, but when i called there was told that they don't have an exclusive pet-friendly area

was great and that it has a pool my kids loved that although it could have been better but overall

the cold water at the desk was wonderful. the pool was great, and clean. loved the bed!

they also have a limited room service and bar snack menu

pool not kid friendly

it had very good facilities including access to a spa while not run by the hotel it could be accessed within

i wished that there was a continental breakfast.

would have been nice to know that the pool was down for maintenance before we went, as that was a big draw for

wouldn t work, breakfast was terrible, pool was closed at 3pm along with the gym and the phone didn t work

hotel has laundry room that you can book for solo use

extras like spa hot tub and roof terrace friendly helpful

that management had control over, there were unsupervised highly energetic group of kids (hockey / baseball team

lack of daily room service/follow up with clean towels, toiletries etc

cleanliness, location & pet friendly were the main objective which was to my expectation

location, restaurant and food with service , clean, gym.

that i had to call up for the basic hotel stuff like laundry bag, slippers, robe etc.

i know this is me thing , but the had adequate number of hangers for all my clothes :) the bar and

rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable

a spa or access to spa services would be a plus.

bed was very comfortable and the spa bath was wonderful

location and gym/spa area is very nice and clean we have stayed at this hotel several times

with kids, you will like this place, but if you dont have kids, hope you like them because the spa zone gets

just do not expect a big spa area

the spa is gorgeous and well kept

bathrooms are huge and include spa products

and the pool/spa were incredible as well

pool area quite dangerous to move to get to one s couch

the sink, bath and flooring should be replaced into a more spa feel

pool was great and the laundry facilities were awesome

the location was close to downtown. the gym was very good.

pet friendly, no extra charge for pet was such a pleasant surprise

even when traveling with a pet it was a great experience they treat them as if they are one of us

gym wasn't very extensive

they made a big deal out of the kids which really enhanced their experience

rate was too high fridge took awhile to get too cold no laundry facilities need to update rooms, wallpaper

also wish there was a hot tub in pool area

wifi was extremely weak.

fireplace was a nice added feature

great to have use of gym, swimming pool and laundry

the hotel was ok. wifi is working well. the price is moderate.

so if you wanted to get the ground floor or parking you had to get on a different elevator

the entire hotel was extremely clean, bed was sooo comfortable, breakfast delicious, pool and hot tub plus free

it all starts with the general manager who was at the breakfast buffet (delicious by the way) greeting the

breakfast at the tower is the best free breakfast you will ever have at a hotel

clean, nice, large room, very good gym and friendly staff.

there is also a gym and a sauna, and they have ev chargers in the parking lot

wifi was very poor could only connect if you where by the hotel room door and still didn t stay

tv was not working at all, wifi issues

staff are very accommodating, lots of car parking, and clean comfortable rooms

wifi was terrible and room had random mirrors on walls to hide holes in wall?

belongings staff helpful and accommodating breakfast buffet was elaborate with selections clean parking

location is good for shopping in dartmouth, lots of parking spaces

impatient kids definitely made it worse haha but that’s actually the only thing that wasn’t perfect

the pool and gym complex was more like a leisure centre ud83dude00 ambience was

hosts, great location with dock on the lake, close to airport, plenty of space, delicious breakfast and good
