there was no access to the game room, and the pool was closed by 6pm

the handicap bathroom had a retractable bar in it, but wasn t retractable to move it out of the way for normal

and no cell service, the staff, the bar tender & the front desk were great

they also have a great outdoor pool and chairs with wonderful landscaping

i didn t like the fact that i didn t have a mini bar inside my room

breakfast is regular

parking was available and easy

owner/ manager communicates exclusively by text and only appeared to shout angrily at us for not parking our

location and easy parking

soooo super clean. room was very high end. tub was fab. spa was great... definitely use the spa.

the indoor resting spa room was so relaxing

the people that work there were extremely nice , the spa is great and not overpriced like some spas

the inn is beautifully decorated and quite spacious

we thoroughly enjoyed the amenities, including kayaking, the sauna, and the swimming pool

staff is very friendly and free shuttle service around the site and to and from the parking while there is no

location, being right on the lake with so many amenities, from lake activities, to saunas, to a pool and tennis

i couldn't find the spa and the layout of the hotel, overall, was a bit strange

the parking lot was big but a little creepy.

we had the suite with a spa tub which did not hold water due to a leak at the drain that prevented the tub from

spa tub was very relaxing

i enjoyed my stay but i had to clean the spa tub with clorox wipes before using it.

the king suite n spa bath was worth it

love the spa suite with the 3 flat screen tvs and the comfort and the bed and the view

parking was easy

its not that i didnt like it just bed was too soft and pool wasnt opened

disappointed at the $100 pet fee i was charged upon checking in at 5-6pm for a one-night stay
