spa had been taking out, we had to move rooms 2 times

the elevator and it didn t have the spa like it said it did

pool area was close and no spa ice machine not working on my floor

nice big rooms and the pool and spa area very nice.

their kids were running up and down the hall and simply making way way too much noise

everything was very clean parking was great

my kids are fearful of dogs we we weren't able to enjoy that amenity

pet friendly at no additional cost.

the 24 hour pool/spa was great

the indoor pool and spa is nice to use after a long travel

the girls had the swimming pool to themselves most of the time we were there

the pool was good for the kids and our kids were there for a wrestling tournament so they were able to workout

for a hotel close to gulf hospital with a pool is all i wanted

wifi sucked, kept having issues. water took forever to get hot.

my room to make my stay more accommodating, and they had a good variety for the continental breakfast, so overall

the dead frog in the pool and lack of nice seats and outdoor relaxing chairs

the pool and spa area was always crowded or full i couldn't get a chance to get in there

staff, clean environment, quiet and calm, the spa pool is very nice, i will come again on my next trip

spa was broke for 3 days

was hoping i could use the gym cardio machines, but they weren't working

the sauna,pool and hot tub were excellent. they also have a fitness center

laundry facility and work out rooms available

the complimentary spa staff was not particularly friendly and said the whirlpool was only open from 8-10am

very hot working jacuzzi, the two pools, the serenity spa in the building next to

the bar was a vibe and the complimentary spa amenities made it a relaxing vacation/ bday trip

i got the spa room because she wouldn't have to leave room and

no pool towels and no spa like the sign said

just horrible didn t have the spa pool was dirty breakfast was horrible beds were so hard staff was not friendly

we have kids 4yrs and 1yr who had to inhale fumes from the bug spray

tiki bar was great and the music!

there is black mold under the kitchen sink

the inside pool closed at 8 every night that we were there!

the pool had a bar and snack bar both were reasonably priced and good

love the bikini bottoms also the pool

items (dish detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags)

parents loved bobs & the tiki bar while the kids loved having plenty of room in the condo & multiple pools

i loved the appliances in the kitchen, even though the ice maker didn't work too good

tv didn't provide good channels for the kids

loved our room, the hot tubs, the bartenders at the pool side bar were amazing especially mike

parking garage and parking spaces were way too tight, our room was nasty like not clean and very out dated

the gift shop, coffee shop and spa were all closed during our stay which this could've been stated when i booked

had to pay for a resort fee but none of the resort things were open, pool and spa and everything was

having your own reserved parking spot was a plus

they did bring us towels each day the wifi did not work in and out, so no tv or internet

the movie/ bar area and the spa enjoyed them all

clean and pools and spa are nice

only thing i didn't like was even though the spa said 18 years and older, there were younger kids still in there

spa tub said no children allowed but yet i counted 9 very young kids

honestly the matters were a little uncomfortable and the wifi vas very low

we had a kitchenette that had a full refrigerator

would have liked if they had more adult friendly pool options, maybe a deeper pool or a working spa

the gym was also adequate

the gates near the pool close after 6pm.

no room service, just a bag full of necessities hung on door

the snack bar [provided during happy hour] was weak. it definitely needs to be improved.
