pool look nice but i didn't have time to enjoy it this stay

the swimming pool was a bit dirty with debris

room was great and so is the staff i loved how the pool was crystal clear and how maid service was extremely

availability of free wifi during my stay, the cleanness of the room was decent

spa tub doesn t work at all

no cold water for spa bath, the spa didn't work

parking lot was dirty and seemed unkempt

was a cat in my room my phone didn t work i told 2 different staff members never got change wifi didn t work

i booked a non-smoking room and the staff told me that there was not a non-smoking room available that i had

spa tub drain didn't work too good

and the jets on the spa tub didn't

but the spa bath in the room had leftover rose pedals from probably the day before i

didn't like people having dogs running around in parking lot

the water in the pool was a little cold but that wasn t their fault

experience was awful the pool was unavailable no wifi available amd i asked for a discount for pool unavailability

breakfast buffet was not served due to the coronavirus

the gentlemen in the morning was very stern with his reply as he shut me down for asking for a late check out
